LOVE the team at Stuart's Plumbing. We've had the pleasure to work with a few of the guys on a couple different home projects & EVERYONE at Stuart's Plumbing topnotch. My only regret is we didn't call them sooner! Don't waste your time or money with anyone else.

We had a old toilet acting up and it was clear we need to replace it. Martin accessed the situation, recommended a solution, replaced the toilet (and a broke ring underneath it) in a few short hours. He was beyond professional and genuinely lovely to work with today. I highly recommend Stuart's Plumbing in you want high quality service, a professional experience and don't want to end up calling some other plumber down the road. 10/10 experience for me.
Nick and Gus are both amazing at what they do. Nick was super kind and professional every time he answered one of my calls and Gus couldn’t have done a better job at fixing an issue for a buyer I was working with’s newly purchased home. Nick was point of contact amd set up appointment immediately. Martin the plumber tech was polite efficient prompt and professional. He diagnosed the concern and work to rectify the blockage. Gus was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I needed a toilet replaced where I thought the cast iron flange was cracked along with snaking out both bath tubs. One of the items from yesterday’s service that impressed me is that Gus didn’t caulk the base of the toilet, he used grout instead. It looks so much more finished than caulk. When Gus was done, he cleaned up everywhere he’d been and one wouldn’t know that we just had the bathrooms a wreck with work. Thanks, Gus and Stuart’s plumbing for a job well done.

Stuart's is our go-to plumbing service. We have an older home, and there is always something that needs to be addressed! They are responsive and helpful on the phone. They text us the technician's name and picture before he arrives, so we know who to expect. And without fail, they complete the job with quality. (for us, everything from a whole-scale house replumbing to installing a new sink to fixing a clogged pipe - they've helped us with all of that). Today Eric was our technician. He was prompt, polite, and got the job done while being super pleasant and helpful. Thanks again for such good work!
My kitchen sink was draining very slow. Eric was my plumber and he was fantastic. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He did a great job. I highly recommend Stuart’s Plumbing and Eric!!!
Stuart's Plumbing was excellent. My wife and I were impressed with their modern equipment, service and quality personnel! The Technician (Eric) was intelligent, experienced and communicated well, and a most pleasant and informative person. Additionally he worked hard at completing the job in a professional matter. We were impressed and very satisfied with the job he did for us.We had about 1/16" to 1/8" of grayish scale on parts of our PVC main drain line. It was starting to come loose from the pipe after we had previously put some drain solutions down the toilet. The paper would catch on this scale and cause a clog. Eric was able to get the scale out of the line with several snake sessions and re-flushing the toilets. We are very happy to have our main line running free again. Sincerely D & D

Showed up as promised, promptly on a Saturday morning. Was unable to fix problem due to our inability to locate the Hot Water circuit breaker. Suggested I get an Electrician. I had already scheduled for an Electrician for Monday afternoon but was hoping to shot circuit the fix.Have always had professional, quality service for Stuart's Plumbing.Robert Mitchell

I just had a repipe done on my house from all galvanized pipes underground to all new pipes going into the ceiling and these guys were amazing. Such a quick and efficient job. They did their best to still keep us comfortable while still getting the job done. Martin, Justin, Juan and Sebastian all were professional and kept us informed of everything they were doing. Highly recommended!!!!!

Stuart's replaced our galvanized domestic water piping from the street to all water users & installed a new water heater. Price was middle of the pack but Stuart's work plan was vastly superior to the others. The crew (Martin, Juan, & Justin) did a great job minimizing access holes and provided nice looking access panels for the holes. Extremely happy with the quality & pace of work. Clean-up effort after work completion was very good. Stuart's is now my preferred plumber.
The technician that completed my job was Gus. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Stuart’s Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

We recently had to re-plumb our whole house, and the guys made it such a wonderful experience. They kept us informed the entire time and took care to lay down a mat on the carpet to keep it clean. Shout out to Sebastian and Jonathan for climbing into our very small attic!!

Great job saved me money
No problems at all with courtesy of the staff when I called. Service was prompt and the technician, Gus Tomlinson, was professional and courteous. I do question the pricing structure of the company. I had already dug out the area to identify and expose the leak just outside the meter box. I showed him where the leak was. The technician simply had to turn off the water to the house, cut out about a 2 inch section of PVC pipe and glue on a cap, wait for it to dry and turn the water back on. The repair itself took him less than 15 minutes followed by a 20 minute wait for glue to dry before turning the water back on. He was at our house less than 1 hour, total parts were probably less than $1.00 (1 PVC cap) yet the total bill was $275.85. That works out to better than $275 an hour for labor which seems excessive to me...especially since I had already done the digging, exposed and identified the leak. Staff I would give 5 stars. Excessive price is the reason for the lower overall rating.
I am so impressed. With Stuart’s I have used 1 company for 20 years. They couldn’t come out for 2/3 days. Stuart’s was a referral I called they came out within an hour yep. Will not ever use anyone else ! Oh by the way the young man that serviced my home was excellent and knew his stuff!

To say we had a great experience with this company would be an understatement. They are the only one of FOUR plumbers that I called that bothered to call me back. They came out to quote us the same day and I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and customer service of John and Sebastian. John was incredibly knowledgeable and made great suggestions that worked better for our home and budget. He called his office in front of us and was able to adjust their schedule to accommodate our urgent need. They offered to come early to avoid inclement weather and the crew (John, Sebastian and Eric) worked NON-STOP (through lunch, 7 am-6 pm and at some points in a torrential downpour) to get us up and running again. The cohesive, respectful and efficient way they worked together was wildly impressive. All three men commented at some point about what a great company they work for. Not one negative word even in conversation amongst themselves. We have already made plans to use them for an upcoming remodel and look forward to doing business with this company again. Stuart’s Plumbing was a referral from our AC company. We’ve used them twice and their service quality was truly exceptional. Last year they replaced both toilets at a reasonable cost in one day. This morning we called for help with a clogged drain and received same day service from Gus Tomlinson. He surveyed the drain, gave us a quote and got right to work fixing our issue. Stuart’s has a great communication system that keeps you up to date on arrival time and also sends a message with a photo of the technician. We’re very happy with Stuart’s Plumbing and highly recommend this business.

We needed a new water heater and Stuart's answered the call...The phone people were super friendly as was the tech who came out to do the estimate and install...They answered our questions and put us at ease....the install though in a tight difficult place was done right,clean and quick and the cost was spot on....matter of fact I may have them out to do another job as soon as we're ready ...5yrs later ...!2/4?2023 thought we had a leak called Stuarts out .They responded quickly and the technician Lee was thorough ,friendly and professional....Thank's again Stuarts!!!
This is my 3rd time using Stuart's Plumbing for projects on my home. The Technician was Gus Tomlinson, who did a fantastic job taking care of the issue I had. He called 35 minutes before arrival and was there on time and proceeded to get the job done in a professional manner. We were needing to get our 20 year old water heater checked. We called Stuart's and they were able to schedule us fairly quickly. The serviceman was pleasant and determined that it needed to be replaced. He was able to do it the same day with a replacement water heater he had on the truck. He even stayed late and fought mosquitos to finish the job so that we had hot water that evening. We were pleased. One hiccup was that he was not allowed to disconnect our washer which was in the way of the installation. I was fortunately able to leave work and do that project right away so that he could proceed. We left the washer disconnected until the weekend when I could clean the area, repair the dryer vent, and re-install the washer. When I attempted that, I realized that the washer would not fit back in the same slot beside the water heater.. I reconnected it away from the wall so we could get laundry done that weekend, and called Stuart's about our dilemma on Monday morning. They graciously sent another technician to disconnect the water heater and re-install it closer to the opposite wall and get our washer back in its place. When we arrived home that evening, we noticed that the toilets and hot water lines were belching air and gray water. The next morning we got their answering service and left word of our situation. We called again a few hours later when we did not hear back. They initially scheduled us for later in the week, but were graciously able to arrange for the technician to return that afternoon. Fortunately, the lines just needed to be bled for a few minutes and we are back in business.Overall, Stuart's worked with us graciously and were able to resolve our concerns. My main objection was a lack of communication from the technicians. The initial technician did not notify us that the washer would not fit, even though he had taken the liberty of sawing off part of the leg of a wooden platform that the dryer was sitting on, to try and make room for the washer to fit back in. We discovered the problem days later on our own. The second technician did not notify us or their office that he was unable to get access inside to bleed the lines. Again, we were shocked to discover the exploding gray water on our own. In addition, that is a common situation that we could have easily resolved on our own with a simple phone call.I believe that we would use Stuart's again, but hope they will evolve into a more communicative organization.
